MDHEWD issues additional guidance regarding A+ eligibility for postsecondary students

Due to school closures in response to preventing the spread of COVID-19, the Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development (MDHEWD) issued guidance on March 19 about A+ Scholarship eligibility requirements for postsecondary students. Additional guidance was sent out yesterday, Wednesday, April 1, regarding full time enrollment and completion requirements.

After receiving several questions from institutions and having additional discussions among department staff, it was determined that initial guidance was insufficient to provide students with the full extent of relief needed in this extraordinary time.
