The Office of Performance & Strategy provides MDHEWD, legislators, educators, career counselors, job seekers and other stakeholders with accurate, objective information needed to make data-informed decisions. This is done by collecting, editing, and storing and analyzing data on the status and performance of Missouri’s labor market, workforce system, and postsecondary education system.
