Title VI Coordination - Antisemitism Complaints

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination, harassment, and related retaliation on the basis of race, color, and national origin including shared ancestry and ethnic characteristics in education programs and activities for institutions that receive federal financial assistance.

The Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development (MDHEWD) was charged with naming a Title VI Coordinator to thoroughly investigate all complaints of antisemitism (as defined by the IHRA) and determine whether the educational institution has engaged in, allowed, or failed to sufficiently prohibit antisemitic discrimination or harassment consistent with the institution’s policy.

File a Report

Students, employees, or anyone with concerns can file a report of antisemitism for further investigation. You can submit the report online or print a completed copy of the form and mail it to MDHEWD’s Title 6 Coordinator using the address provided below.
